EXPERIENCED Tire technicians Only!! Must have experience with mounting OE and custom rims: most have knowledge of balancing custom rims including hand torquing lug nut! Must take pride in your work, be dependable; with a good attitude, be honest, and have credible references. Sometimes you will have to communicate directly with the customers, therefore, your knowledge and presentation must be professional.
